1) Weak Hifi 2) I was offered only one hour free late checkout and anything more will cost equal to half of one night which was too expensive 3) I found out after I checked in that I was given the smallest room in the property which was disappointing for the amount paid

Breakfast was very good , location excellent Room size was good as it was junior suite ,
WiFi is terrible a big let down , lift doesn’t work good at times we went up by stairs at 2 in afternoon to fifth floor . Stayed the evening in as lift was still not working by 8:30 pm . Service slow limited member of staff . Staff is sometimes clueless So will think twice about coming back
